IBWA/NAMA Welcome Reception

IBWA and NAMA registrants will come together for a welcome reception to kick off the week and this collaborative co-location. This relaxing event will allow attendees to network with peers, catch up with old friends, and enjoy an evening of hors d’oeuvres and an open cash bar.
Drinking Water Research Foundation (DWRF) Casino Night Fundraiser
Tuesday, November 12, 2013 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm (transportation shuttles begin departures from the Gaylord Hotel at 7:10 pm)

Back by popular demand is the 2013 DWRF Casino Night Fundraiser! This year, the festivities will be held at the fabulous BB King’s Blues Club in downtown Nashville. This restaurant and entertainment lounge offers a true Nashville experience with live music and great Southern food. The casino tables are being added to enhance the party atmosphere. Come on out and show off your gambling skills or come to learn a thing or two! Everyone is welcome and it will be a fun night with great food and company!
A raffle will be held at the end of the night, and three generous prizes will be awarded! The amount of raffle tickets you receive will be based on how many chips you win. Three raffle tickets will be chosen, and the winners will get terrific prizes.
The entry ticket of $150 per person includes:
- Roundtrip shuttle to and from the Gaylord Opryland Hotel
- “True Nashville Cuisine” on the extensive dinner buffet
- One drink ticket that can be used for an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage
- $1000 in gambling chips
Your participation in the DWRF Casino Night will help to fund the vital research that impacts the bottled water industry now and in the future. Please register by October 15, 2013.(Of the $150 entry fee, $75 is tax deductable.)

Bottlers and IBWA Supplier Speed Meetings
Tuesday, November 12, 2013 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm
Facebook is great, but the face-to-face meeting is still considered the optimum way to conduct business. This event will facilitate that opportunity—think of this as speed dating for business—with meetings of 5-8 minutes with IBWA member suppliers. At the end of each timed segment, bottlers will move to their next meeting. Indicate your desire to participate in this event on the conference registration form by the October 15, 2013 deadline.
IBWA/NAMA Trade Show, Lunch, and Reception

IBWA General Session and Annual Business Meeting

The “President’s Report”, delivered by Joseph K. Doss, IBWA President and CEO will highlight the year’s achievements, the present state of the Association, and what’s in store for the future.
IBWA Chairman William Patrick Young, Absopure Water Co. opens the IBWA Annual Business Meeting with a report on IBWA’s finances and membership. IBWA members will also select new members and officers to the Board of Directors.
IBWA presents another memorable moment at the General Session with the “Passing of the Gavel” ceremony, which honors the leadership, time and commitment of 2013 Chairman William Patrick Young, and formally introduces the incoming 2014 Chairman Breck Speed, Mountain Valley Spring Water to the IBWA membership.
