Drinking Water Research Foundation (DWRF) Topgolf Fundraiser
Monday, November 6, 2017    7:30 pm – 10:00 pm (transportation shuttles begin departures from the Gaylord Hotel at 7:10 pm)
(Ticketed Event - $165)

We’re heading to Texas and DWRF is changing it up this year. Join us at Topgolf for the 2017 Drinking Water Research Foundation (DWRF) Fundraiser.  Topgolf is a premiere entertainment venue where attendees can socialize, enjoy food and drinks, and leisurely hit a few golf balls. The signature game of Topgolf is a competition where players hit micro-chipped golf balls. Then points are scored based on accuracy and distance. This is a venue and an event that caters to all skill-levels, so whether you’ve never hit a ball or hit the links once a week, this event won’t disappoint.  You can come out and learn how to swing a golf club with the help of a Topgolf Pro, engage in a little friendly competition, or simply sit back and enjoy an evening with good company. Check out the Topgolf website to learn more: https://topgolf.com/us/the-colony/.

This is a venue with upscale amenities that offers fun for everyone and is a new destination for the annual fundraiser. Don’t miss out on an evening full of fun, laughs, and great company. Tickets cost $165 per person, which includes a shuttle to and from the Gaylord (roundtrip transportation shuttles begin departures at 7:10 p.m.), Texas cuisine, one drink ticket for an alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage, private event space, hours of Topgolf game play with reserved golf bays and golf pros and instructors, and inclusion in the raffle of great prizes. (Of the $165 entry fee, $80 is tax deductible.)

Your participation in the DWRF Topgolf fundraiser helps support the vital research that impacts the bottled water industry now and in the future. Please mark “Yes” under “DWRF Topgolf” on the registration form to attend this event.

Please register no later than Monday, October 30, 2017 so food guarantees can be made to the restaurant and the correct number of busses can be ordered. .

Limited sponsorship opportunities are also available for the DWRF fundraiser.  Sponsorships are a great way to help support DWRF, while also getting recognition for your company.  When you sign up to sponsor the DWRF fundraiser, your company will receive recognition in conference promotional materials, including IBWA’s weekly e-newsletter Splash, and the Bottled Water Reporter, as well as on signage at the event and in the onsite program. For more information, please contact IBWA Program Coordinator of Education, Science, and Technical Relations Claire Crane (703-647-4612 or ccrane@bottledwater.org)..
