When you attend a DWRF fundraiser event, you help fund healthy hydration research, public education campaigns, and advocacy efforts—all of which are related to reliable and safe drinking water accessibility and impact the bottled water industry. Please mark “Yes” under “DWRF Fundraiser” on the registration form to attend this event. (Of the $150 entry fee, $75 is tax deductible.)

Please register no later than Monday, October 31, 2016 so food guarantees can be made to the restaurant and the correct number of busses can be ordered.
