The International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) is the only national association that focuses on the current and specific needs of the bottled water industry. Because of its history (the association began in 1958), IBWA and its member companies are skilled at anticipating industry trends and outcomes. Your company has the knowledge and solutions that attendees need now! Take the opportunity now to demonstrate to attendees at the 2011 IBWA Annual Business Conference what your company can do to support and enhance the success of their businesses.
IBWA membership is critical in these turbulent times as the industry faces issues relating to bottle bill trends, plastic safety and BPA, groundwater issues, and false claims about bottled water. As an association, IBWA wants to in-turn create an environment for members to Participate • Learn • Succeed. It is for this reason that tabletop exhibition space at the 2011 conference will be limited only to IBWA members.
IBWA Show Hours – Wednesday, September 28, 2011
7:00 am – 5:30 pm Conference Registration
9:00 am – 11:00 pm Exhibit Installation
11:30 am – 1:00 pm Supplier/Bottler Prescheduled Appointments
1:15 pm – 6:00 pm Tabletop Trade Show, Luncheon, and Late Afternoon Reception
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Exhibit Dismantling
IBWA Tabletop Exhibits
- Tabletop exhibition space is available only to current IBWA members
- Exhibit Space Fee: $2500 (8’ W x 10’ D, 6ft. skirted table, 2 chairs)
- Prescheduled 5-8 min. appointments with bottlers
- Five hours of exhibit time with no competing conference events
- Four complimentary exhibitor passes
- Listing in the 2011 Conference and Trade Show Program Guide
- Two post-conference attendee contact lists
- Four complimentary PACK EXPO ’11 trade show passes (September 26-28, 2011 9 am–4 pm each day)
