Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Requests to cancel or have someone substitute must be in writing.
  • Cancellation requests must be postmarked by Friday, August 26, 2011.
  • All cancellations received on or prior to August 26th are subject to a $50.00 administration/processing fee.
  • No refunds are granted for cancellations after August 26th.
  • Substitutions for pre-registrants after August 26thwill be processed at the on-site registration counter. Please bring a copy of the registration form of the person you are substituting for.

Register and Attend PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2011!
“One Powerful Show”
All IBWA Convention registrants receive COMPLIMENTARY registration to the PACK EXPO Trade Show.
 
1,600 exhibitors will showcase state-of-the art advances in packaging and processing machinery, converting machinery, containers, materials, and components at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Monday, September 26 – Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Shuttle buses will run between the MGM Grand and the Convention Center.
 
The Conference at PACK EXPO features over 52 educational sessions and three keynote presentations from industry experts. IBWA Convention registrants can utilize the online registration link to access session descriptions and sign up for courses covering topic areas such as:
  • Operational Reliability
  • Sustainability
  • Simulation and Modeling Techniques to Optimize Efficiency
  • Tracking and Identification
 
To register for PACK EXPO you must use one of the following methods: (you will not be able to obtain a complimentary registration by going straight to www.packexpo.com.)
  • Complete your IBWA Conference registration at https://www.expologic.com/registration/dsp_eventStart.cfm?eventID=408 or by mail or fax.
    • Online IBWA registrants will be prompted to continue to the IBWA section of the PACK EXPO online registration site.
    • IBWA Conference registrants who mail or fax their forms will receive a confirmation notice with the complimentary code for the IBWA section of the PACK EXPO registration site.
  • Education and Keynote sessions are $99 prior to 9/7/11 and $125 after 9/7/11. Tickets for the Tuesday, September 27, 2011 Keynote Reception and Presentation by General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.) are $125.
  • As a PACK EXPO registrant, you will gain access to My PACK EXPO. This online tool provides you with the capability to research exhibitors and set a plan for navigating the trade show floor to make the best use of your time.
